Chili-walnut scrambled eggs with rucola
I was busy today with shopping and home chores, and needed something to snack on and get some energy kick. I managed to buy some chili peppers earlier today, and decided to make a savory scrambled eggs with a delicious, energetic spicy twist! :-) And oh my, that was both tasty and exciting!

There are not many things that can beat the whole grain bread, unless it's 8 delicious little whole grain breadrolls ;-) These are perfect for breakfast, and you can easily prepare and bake them in one evening, for e.g. Sunday breakfast! :-)

Honey meat ravioli
This delicious meal is amazingly easy to prepare, as long as you have a pasta machine and ravioli tablet — it's a small grid in which you can prepare ravioli "like a sandwich", then roll out the ready ravioli using a rolling pin. Super easy, and with just very little effort you will end up having a luxurious feast!

Butterscotch cheesecake
Do you remember the butterscotch recipe? It ended up being the icing on the cheesecake I made recently. It's a terrific, although a bit heavy, recipe that will be a perfect alternative for a birthday cake or any other celebratory cake — it's very dense, and will easily yield 12 or more portions and leftover cookies! :-)

Orange cheese-tart
I didn't plan to make this cake at all, what I did plan was apple tart with apricot jelly... Well, sometimes I just change my mind, especially while experimenting in the kitchen :-) The result is interesting, refreshing and citrusy! :-) If you don't like the strong orange aroma, you can replace them with any soft and sweet fruit: peaches, pears, and apricots should do fine!
