Chili-walnut scrambled eggs with rucola
I was busy today with shopping and home chores, and needed something to snack on and get some energy kick. I managed to buy some chili peppers earlier today, and decided to make a savory scrambled eggs with a delicious, energetic spicy twist! :-) And oh my, that was both tasty and exciting!

Hot, savory and full or aroma, that's literally an omelette on steroids that smashes my hunger during dark, cold autumn days :-) It's also extremely easy and pretty fast to cook!

Yogurt drink
Drinking yogurt is a terrific drink for autumn — it tastes fresh, contains probiotic bacteria and makes a great dessert or a quick snack, not only during autumn. But during this time of the year it is especially important to keep the natural defense high against viruses and bacteria, and yoghurt is a superb ally in that! Did I mention it tastes great? ;-)
This recipe came to life when I was left with no fresh milk after a short travel — I had only one mini-bottle of a drinkable probiotic yogurt and some condensed milk for coffee (sic!). But against all odds, it worked out!

Tuna paste bento
Tuna paste is ridiculously easy to prepare and makes a great no cooking bento, cutting the preparation time to less than 20 minutes, including rice cooking time! Now, that's what I would call cooking on the go! You can also use the tuna paste for a great tasting onigiri or sushi.

Marinated beef and pasta bento
Bento is not only rice, but also other ingredients, like... pasta. This recipe came to life when I had some uncooked beef left-overs and just wondered what to do with them. Cooking them as a part of bento was a great idea!
