Chocolate spread
Is there anything nicer on a Saturday breakfast than a delicious crisp bread roll with some rich, deep chocolate-flavored spread? I invented this recipe after playing with butterscotch, and it makes a superb sweet, yet bitter, aromatic spread. And the best part is that you can make it in no-time on your own whenever you want!

Swiss meringue buttercream
This is a medium-advanced cake cream, that requires some more work than buttercream, but also makes for a more fluffy, creamy icing. It's still not the hardest one, and definitely worth the effort! You will love the silky texture and firm, almost buttery-like consistency. It's a clear winner for cakes and decorative, ornamental (ruffles, anyone?) cupcake decorations.
PS: The picture shows decorated cupcake with the swiss meringue buttercream, look how amazing the ruffle looks, and the silky smooth surface is! :-)

Coffee cake
My first real cake, made with delicious coffee-flavored buttercream. It was really good, and simple! Because this cake doesn't require leveling, you can simply bake two layers separately, then stack them — a perfect recipe for beginners! :-)
I made my cake with normal instant coffee, but you can also use decaf coffee for same taste, but caffeine-free cake! :-)
