5 recipes with Almonds, Beef stock, and Rapeseed oil for No wheat diet
Shepherd's pie
This one is a real pickle — it's extremely simple, and doesn't look spectacular, but packs a serious punch of flavor and deliciousness. You can easily upgrade or downgrade the recipe based on your liking, use different ingredients, but as long as you make ground meat under a blanket of mashed potatoes, it's gonna be fine ;-)

Creamy scrambled eggs
I love the creamy texture of scrambled eggs, but I strongly dislike the idea of eating eggs raw, so I hacked a scrambled eggs recipe to be both completely set, creamy, and pack a crunchy punch as an extra. It's so delicious with fresh bread or toast, and the consistency makes it spreadable like a cottage cheese! I come back to this recipe quite often, because it's simple, fast and feels luxurious ;-)

German Zimtsterne (cinnamon almond cookies)
I always wanted to make these, and finally got the guts — oh boy, I wasn't really prepared for the amount of nitty-gritty with making these. I started with original German recipe that called for 500g of almonds, but that ended up being 2 full baking sheets and lots of sneaky snacking between steps ;-) But the result is good, and these cookies are worth the effort.

Colorful chicken with purple potatoes
This recipe is not for the faint-hearted — it requires some frying skills, but makes a really tasty, delicious meal with a massive wow-factor without any extra hassle :-) I actually got the idea for this, when my local grocery store offered special 1kg packages of Vitelotte, a.k.a. purple potatoes. I wanted to make something tasty, but also colourful and festive, thus this crazy, colourful and festive meal was born! ---|
On good thing about these potatoes is, they seem to lower blood pressure and have inflammatory components, which might be a good thing for a winter meal :-)

Salami frittata
Hot, savory and full or aroma, that's literally an omelette on steroids that smashes my hunger during dark, cold autumn days :-) It's also extremely easy and pretty fast to cook!
