Cream-cheese strawberry cupcakes

Nothing compliments the strawberries like the cream-cheese icing, and you can enjoy this taste even off-season with strawberry jam! :-) You can skip limit the calories in this recipe by using lighter strawberry jam, or pulverized strawberries, and using half of the sugar in the cupcake part if you want the cupcakes less sweet.

Baked cake doughnuts

Traditional-made doughnuts are made with yeast dough, and deep-fried to make a fluffy, delicious spongy cake. It requires a lot of work to cook them, though, but for quick snacks (Sunday breakfast maybe?) the easier way are the baked cake doughnuts—which are spongy, fluffy and delicious too! You can enjoy them bare (like cakes), or glazed (like traditional yeast doughnuts), or stuffed if you overfill the form by any chance! :-)

Marshmallows for hot drinks

While the standard marshmallows are cooked to be large and sturdy on their own, the ones for hot drinks should be creamy and melting easily. Try my recipe, although similar to the basic one, to enjoy beautiful and tasty hot drinks marshmallows! :-)

German Zimtsterne (cinnamon almond cookies)

I always wanted to make these, and finally got the guts — oh boy, I wasn't really prepared for the amount of nitty-gritty with making these. I started with original German recipe that called for 500g of almonds, but that ended up being 2 full baking sheets and lots of sneaky snacking between steps ;-) But the result is good, and these cookies are worth the effort.
